DescriptionApron of fine linen in tabby weave, originally with gathers and band at waist. Needlework along sides and bottom with tiny flower sprays (rose buds, carnations, roses), bordered in shell scallops and flowering vines. Corners feature naturalistic bouquets. Needlework done in very fine chain-stitch. Bottom and side edges are rolled and whipped.
