Label TextOffering the option to chop wood, dispatch an enemy, or enjoy a comforting smoke made the pipe tomahawk a favorite along the frontiers of 18th century America. This early example was found in eastern Tennessee and has pleasing lines and attractive file work, though its haft is a modern reproduction.
