DescriptionThe figure of a clown ends in a round weighted base that allows the figure to move but not fall down. The clown has a painted face and cloth hat and clothing. The head is white with blue eyes, red markings, brown delineation, and a felt hat. The hands are upside down, with the thumbs at the bottom.
