There is a border on three sides of a continuous band of repeating flowers and lacey scrolls of drawnwork and embroidery. The outer edge is scalloped and finished in a buttonhole stitch. The field of the apron is patterned with offset rows of a repeating, isolated flowering sprigs with isolated leaves interspersed. The waist is gathered on several threads (appears to have been cut down, since gathering goes through embroidered motifs). Tie ribbons of pink silk faille (not original).
