DescriptionCradle formed by four boards joined to leg posts with turned flattened ball tops, which in turn are joined to rockers. Head and foot boards are slightly arched with notches at top corners and pierced heart in center near top edge. Sides of head and foot boards taper towards bottom. Head and foot boards have holes near bottom edges for rope. Sides have two lengthwise parallel grooves trisecting sides. Holes for ropes are located in the bottom groove. Above top groove are four equally spaced turned pegs. Rockers are rounded on bottom edge, have uncarved scroll ends, and a shaped and flattened top edge where foot posts join and overlap rocker.
