DescriptionWaistcoat of dark red cut, uncut, and voided velvet with small leaf pattern and background design of white vine. Long waistcoat is cut away in wide V below waist. Fastens down center front with 19 covered buttons and worked buttonholes. Functional pockets made of later linen are hidden by shaped flaps. Waistcoat has later short silk back. Lining of red glazed linen. Some machine stitching in lining.
