DescriptionSquat globular jar with high flared pedestal base, everted rim, strap-loop handle, and knopped spout. Whitish tin glaze decorated in blue with standard songbird cartouche, inscribed "S DE HYSSOPO." No glaze on base.
Label TextSyrupus de Hyssopo was made from the leaves and flowering tops of the hyssop plant.
