DescriptionLow post bed headposts square in cross section with chamfered corners and ball-shaped finials; headboard straight at top center with slight downward angle at each upper corner and straight across bottom; bed rails straight with chamfering at top and bottom outside edges; rope pegs set into a recessed area at inner, upper edge of rails. Footposts a shorter version of headposts. Four cabriole legs with sharply pointed knees terminating in claw and ball feet with undercut claws.

Materials: Primary: mahogany; Secondary: birch rails and white pine headboard.
