Label TextEmblazoned with a large field cannon in front of a billowing flag, there’s no mistaking what sort of soldier wore this type. Though this example is an unfinished casting, it is believed that some of these buttons were made at the Continental Artillery complex at Pluckemin, New Jersey during the winter of 1778-1779.
