Bow-shaped sugar tongs with tapering arms and oval grips. Engraved with bright-cut festoons and flowers.
Mark(s):Marked in relief inside arms: 1) script "HB" in a rectangle [Grimwade 1990 # 961]; 2) a lion passant; and 3) a sovereign's head duty mark (numbers 2 & 3 conform to marks used in London between 1786 and 1797)
