A large white cotton handkerchief with multi-color tambour embroidery. The handkerchief is bordered on all four sides with red and brown swags with yellow dots. This border is reversed at opposite corners suggesting that this piece was designed to be worn folded in half as a triangle. The two sides that come to the point a center back has the addition of another green/yellow vine with green and pink leaves surrounded by yellow dots on either side of the swag. This section also has an additional blue vine. The center back point has a floral spray of yellow green stems and leaves with blue and pink flowers.
