Woman's blouse of cotton net and heavy lace and high boned band collar. Sleeves are gathered at shoulders and below the elbows, creating volume ending in the sleeves, tight bands from below elbow to wrist. Bands consist of alternating rows of lace and cotton net, vertical rows of lace alternate with silk along sleeve top. Blouse is gathered in at waist to form a puff at center front. Wide lace panel of floral and foliage applied across blouse front bordered on either side by thinner lace insertion. Back closure with tie at waist. Sheer silk lining.
