Rectangular panel made of multiple patches of indigo resist textile in a pattern of pheasants facing to the right, perched on undulating gnarled branches amid large "Pineapple" flowers, pods, and leaves. Resist-dyed in 2 shades of blue on white. The panel has a modern white linen lining that extends seven inches beyond the top.
Label:This type of printing using resist paste was usually called "paste work" in the period.
