DescriptionTwo piece ensemble for child of grey ribbed silk (faille) trimmed with black velvet rectangles alternating with grey in ladder pattern. a. Coat with black velvet collar, double breasted, lined with silk. b. Dress with wide scoop neck, short puffed sleeves, diagonal line of black trim across front, and velvet trim on belt and hem. White eyelet inner ruffle. Suit was probably for a boy.
