ProvenanceThis strange print which appeared in Birch's HEADS OF ILLUSTRIOUS PERSONS as Catherine can not be traced to a portrait. A miniature resembling this pose was bought by Walpole. This is now in the Pierpont Morgan Collection of Miniatures
