DescriptionUncut tambour embroidered silk on cotton waistcoat panel. The cotton has now faded to a brown color. The pocket flaps are located at the top with the button covers worked down the center. The small pieces of embroidery located at the bottom would have faced the center back vent of the man's waistcoat. Pencil lines still remain intact where the outline of the garment was drawn.
