Read, N.o 116 in y.e Strand./ THE GOSPLE WIFE or the BELLOWS LECTURE./ Our sister Rachell long had Strove;/ To ease her flame of holy Love,/ At length succeeds, Cantwell appears;/ To ease her of her growing fears,/ She sighs, he groans, she heavs her breast;/ Each long to make each other Blest,/ At length she tells with Pittyous face;/ Dwindle's in Years - and that's the Case,/ Enough, he Flyes, the Busyness done;/ Her fears are lost, his prize is Won,/ But happy, Just as all was ore;/ Dwindle comes thundering at the Door,/ (The Table hides the Priest) with care;/ She letts him in, but not to far,/ Then Beats him back, that Cantwell may;/ Depart in Peace the safest way."
