DescriptionSquare needlework sampler worked in faded shades of brown, pink, and yellow on a natural color linen ground. The sampler consists of 2 complete sets of uppercase alphabets, one partial set of uppercase alphabets, one set of lowercase alphabets, the numerals 1-20, a 2-story house with five windows, and the date 1829. The sampler has a simple cross-stitched border on all four sides and a 3/8" hem on all four sides. It is unfinished. Stitches: cross, double cross, eyelet, Irish worked horizontally
