DescriptionSide table without drawer. Flat, oval top, painted dark green with painted checkerboard at center in lighter green and white; large, white star painted at either end, with a pair of parallel rows of shallow, punched holes (32 holes in each row) between star and checkerboard; painted inscription: "STAR CHECKERS....." on either side of checkerboard; top braced on underside by shaped, rectangular brace extending from one side to other; frame composed of four, straight sides, molded on lower edge; supported on four blocked, baluster and spool-turned legs terminating in high button feet; legs braced by four rectangular stretchers, molded on upper, outside edge.MarkingsPainted inscription on top on either side of checkerboard, "STAR CHECKERS..." and "9617" in chalk underneath
