Label TextA Macaroni dentist visits a portly gentleman, in a fashionable drawing room, for the purpose of extracting a tooth. The dentist is dressed in full coat, lace cuffs and a wig with tail. The gentleman being relieved of a tooth is in pain. His wig is dislodged showing part of his head, and he is sweating. A maid leans on a stool with her hands on a table, in the background, watching this operation.
