DescriptionMolded pearlware figure of an elephant: a green, rectangular base with a flat top and reeded sides supports a figure of a standing elephant with large, thick tusks and a trunk that curls around terminating at the bottom of the elephant's proper right ear. The body of the figure is painted brown and the interior of the elephant's ears are painted with a mottled brown and yellow; the entire figure covered with a lead glaze, the base showing some crazing.ProvenanceEx coll: C.B.
