DescriptionPlate with incised foot ring. Blue tin glaze decorated in sunken blue; in the well, a stylized landscape consisting of Chinese lotus, bamboo, and fencing; on the rim, a narrow band of 2 alternating Chinese motifs.
Label TextThis plate was among the contents of Scotia, a house in upstate New York occupied continuously by the Glen-Sanders family from the eighteenth century until the 1960s. It likely represents part of the structure's original furnishings.

The Liverpool attribution is based on the sunken blue decoration.
