DescriptionThis solid carved bluebill decoy has very chunky, rounded lines, with a narrow-upturned tail. The head is carved separately and attached with a "30 penny nail" driven down from the top of the head through the neck and into the body. The body of the decoy is painted white in the center, with a black tail, black breast, and black feather painting on the top. The head is black, with blue-grey bill. A long bar-shaped lead weight is attached to the bottom with makers name stamped on it.
