DescriptionFolding fan. The ivory guard sticks and sticks are carved with chinoiserie scenes. When open, the center seven sticks feature a scene consisting of three standing Asian men at the center of a framework created by scrolls and flowers; this is seen on both sides. The mount is painted in a scene that includes warriors riding horses at the left and right, while six women pull a dragon vehicle with six women and one man inside. There are several buildings in the upper left corner. On the reverse is a botanical scene in pink, blue, and green on a metallic background. Silver rivet in the shape of a star with a turquoise paste stone.Construction History
