DescriptionThe menagerie consists of eight chained animals and 9 small stables and three decorative stables. The nine individual stables are just large enough to house one animal. Each stable has an arched opening at one short end. On the two longer sides of the building are painted two 4-paned windows with a painted base below. They have blue roofs. A small metal ring near the opening held the chain of the animal. A larger more decorated building has three arched openings with a decorative pediment including a painted cornice. Another building has two arched openings with a decorative pediment and cornice. A small building has one arched opening with a decorative pediment and cornice. It is not large enough to house an animal. The animals still with the set are a polar bear, camel, zebra, 2 fox, lion, giraffe, and elephant. Each has a metal chain around its neck.Exhibition(s)
