DescriptionThis jumping jack is dressed as a harlequin. Its head is composition while the rest of the body is wood. It has a painted black mask across the eyes with holes to reveal the eyes. The whole figure is two-sided. The costume on one side is painted in green, yellow, and orange. The other side is painted in pink, blue and yellow. The figure is jointed at the neck, shoulders, hips, and knees. The torso is two flat pieces pegged together to accommodate the single flat pieces of the arms and legs. A string connects all of the limbs so that when the string is pulled from the bottom, the figure moves. (The paper hat is a reproduction)Exhibition(s)
