DescriptionSouvenir handkerchief printed with a red and white striped field with red, white, and blue stripes forming borders. In a center oval frame enclosing 39 stars, Washington stands next to a grey and tan horse. Above Washington's head are the words "WASHINGTON" and a small cracked "Liberty" bell. Washington holds a note that reads "Washington, Victory is ours, Paul Jones." Above and below the central oval is a shield in red, white, and blue with 13 stars in crest.
