DescriptionFour seasons figure representing Spring. A young woman standing with left arm raised and right lowered; the left holds a garland of flowers and so it appears might have the right (see condition entry). She seems to be dancing. She wears a blue laced stay trimmed in gold over a white chemise and an aqua colored outer wrap with lilac lining over that. Her petticoat is creamy whtie with green leaves and dots and orange and purple dots; it has an opening just above her bent inee, secured with what appear to be two buttons (a pocket?). She also wears a gold band in her hair and stands on a woodsy base with two sprays of flowers at her feet and scrolls below.MarkingsPainted in red, a crown over X over D
