Sayer opposite Fetter Lane Fleet Street."Label TextA view of of the music gallery and pavillions erected for a fireworks displaly in St. James Park. A brilliant night scene is shown in this print. The fireworks light up the sky and park. Many people have gathered in groups to watch this display. This plate is double mounted with title on back, for use in viewing or optical devices such as the optique. If the title were visible while viewing the print in an optical device, it would have read backwards, therefore the print was altered to make it suitable for viewing in this manner.
