DescriptionSplat back side chair has ox-bow curved cresting rail projecting slightly to form rounded "ears"; flat slightly-shaped splat mortised into seat rail; rectangular posts with back edges chambered and quarter-round moulding on outer front edge; straight seat rails and legs with quarter-round moulding. Rectangular stretchers. Slip seats lacking.
