They can make By Laws for their own Governm.t, & can impose a Fine of Imprisonm.t on Quacks/ or other Offenders. On 2 Days of ye Week y.e Fellows of this Colledge in their turns sit in ye Publick Hall, where great Numbr.s of Poor resort to them/ & are direct.d gratis in what manner to prepare things easy & proper for their Cure, at their own Houses, & as for those Medecines w.ch require/ more Art in mak.g up, they are directd to ye Dispensary belong.g to this Colledge, where ye best Preparations are Dispens.d to them at low Prices.
