DescriptionThe soundbox stands on four iron feet and consists of spruce on the front with seven black-painted maple ribs forming a semicircular back. The single action harp has seven iron pedals including four on the right and three on the left. The piller is decorated with gilded acanthus leaves at the bottom and urn motif at the top supporting a scroll with carved and gilded oak leaves and acorns. The neck is decorated with painted Chinoiserie and the soundboard with landscapes, musical trophys, wreaths and floral bouquets. The inscription appears at the top of the soundboard, "Holtzman a Paris." There are 37 strings, some missing.Inscribed"Holtzman a Paris" at top of soundboard
