DescriptionSmall flask-type vessel, made in the form of a book with an opening at one end. Decorated with cobalt blue floral designs on spine of "book" as well as Chinese-inspired decoration on front and back "covers" depicting birds, flowers, and a scholar's rock. On the long end opposite the spine is the phrase "WHEN THIS YOU SEE / REMEMBER ME / 1688".
