DescriptionFlat, plain, rectangular lid with applied, molded edges; top attached to rear of case by pair of concealed, wrought iron strap hinges; plain, straight sides and front, with exposed dovetails at corners; original, heart-shaped brass escutcheon at front center; interior divided into twelve compartments; chest rests on plain, molded applied base.
