DescriptionRectangular, lift-top chest with hinged lid opening to a well with till on left side; the case is dovetailed and has mid-molding above two molded drawers equipped with brass bail handles; the drawers are separated by a molded, vertical pilaster. Case is mounted on a black painted base with dovetailed bracket feet. The top is painted with diamond motifs; the front is painted with a three-part division with semi-circles in green, brown, and red on a green and red putty-grained ground; drawer fronts have the remains of blue putty-graining; sides are putty-grained in red and green.
