DescriptionTitle reads: "THE MAGNIFICENT FORM usualy Observed in the PROCESSION to the CORONATIONS of the KINGS & QUEENS of ENGLAND also the Representation of the several Royal and Scacred Habits, Imperial Crowns, Scepters, Orbs, Rings, &c, with which their Majesties are/ Crowned and Invested, Likewises a Draught of S.T Edwards Chair, in whiwch the KING is Crowned, the Draughts of the Eaglet, which Contains the Holy Oyl, the Anointing Spoon, the Curtana, the two Pointed Swords; & the Ceremony of the Champions Challenge &c/ Colected from Sandford and other best Authorities. ------ Printed & Sold by Tho.s Bowles Printseller in St Pauls Church Yard and Jn.o Bowles & Son At y.e Black Horse in Cornhil."

At bottom right: "The 6 Rows above shew in/ what Order the Several Degrees/ of People Officers of State &/ others were rankt in the Grand Proceeding to their/ Majesties Coronation from Westminster Hall to the/ Collegiate Church of S.t Peters/ Westminster in which the same/ Order has been observ'd as in/ Sandford but it was Impossible /to Represent the Numbers that/ assist in these Grand Proceedings for want of Room./ The Lower Row are Draughts of the Several/ Royal & Sacred Ornaments & c./ with which their Majesties are invested/ in Westminster Abby also the manner/ of the Champions Challenge the whole/ faithfully Collected from Sandford."
