DescriptionSplat back armchair. Yoke cresting rail merging into stiles, rounded at front and flat at rear; molded front edges on stiles and cresting rail; back composed of plain, vase-shaped splat mortised into rectangular bottom rail molded on front edge; "square" rush seat; shaped and bowed arms, rounded on top and terminating in scrolled grips; baluster turned arm supports at front atop blocked and baluster turned front legs terminating in Spanish feet; ball and ring turned front stretcher with rectangular side and rear stretchers.
