DescriptionSplat back side chair: carved yoke cresting rail pinned to serpentine stiles with molded edges; solid vase shape splat conforming to outline of stiles and molded into channeled lower rail; "square" seat frame upholstered over the rails; blocked and turned front legs terminating in Spanish feet; rear legs "square" in section flaring outward at bottom; ball and disc turned front stretcher, rectangular side and rear stretchers.
