DescriptionTwo part dresser. BASE: flat, narrow rectangular top with molded edge; plain skirt with molded bottom edge and three equal sized drawers across front; drawers have nailed construction, each with one wood knob (replaced); 4 modified baluster shaped legs extend to shelf, 2 corner legs terminate in square feet; rear square legs. SHELVES: Upper section consists of a shallow shelving unit, slightly narrower than base, that tenons into top of base containing three fixed shelves; molded cornice; two rows of wrought iron hooks below cornice molding and along edge of top shelf; nailed on vertical backboards.1790-1810
