DescriptionKnee breeches from three-piece suit, made of woven silk suiting in a pattern of yellow flowers on blue ground within diamond lozenges of cream. Breeches have waistband and a narrow fall front, buttoned at waistband and at top of fall. Pockets buttoned at sides; two small pockets in waistband, entered from top. Knee bands with tabs for buckles have five buttons on each knee opening. Breeches back has a full seat gathered to the waistband with center-back vent and tab for an adjustment buckle. Leather pouch pockets, entered from side seams.

2. June 13, 1955: Recovered four buttons, lined pockets with linen, four new buttons for knees. Work by Ernest LoNano.
