DescriptionCream Jug: Colorless glass cream jug of bellied form with narrowing neck and slightly everted rim with a soft v-shaped pouring spout, sitting on a thick foot comprised of an additional piece of glass that spreads to a narrow edge. The applied handle terminates at the base with a loop. The glass batch was not fully mixed and therefore some of the manganese used to make the glass colorless is visible as streaks of purple throughout the body of the piece.ca. 2004
