DescriptionTumbler: Colorless lead glass beaker or tumbler of slightly flared body with heavy base and rough pontil mark. Wheel engraved around the waist of the piece with, "JOHN WILKES ESQr" (short engraved slashes between each word and superscript "r") above crossed leafy flowering branches tied at the center with ribbon.InscribedWheel engraved around the waist of the piece with, "JOHN • WILKES • ESQr" (superscript r).
