Label TextA number of generations of the Hale family manufactured pewter in Bristol, England from about 1783 until 1815. Many of their products were destined for export, often for sale in the United States. Its metal handle, cast in imitation of a wooden one, dates this teapot towards the later part of the Hale's period of production.
