MarkingsStanding eagle with shield looking left, clutching arrows and a sprig, surrounded by BOARDMAN & Co. above and NEW-YORK below, all in relief within a circle (Jacobs-39, lower), struck twice. N-YORK in relief within a rectangle struck once (Jacobs-47, lower).
