DescriptionDrainer: white salt-glazed stoneware drainer, short cylindrical foot supports flared bowl-shaped body, the body engine turned with five bands or hoops; two ribbed handles applied horizontally to opposite sides, the plain terminals attached at the second band from the top rim; the well with a series of uniformly punched holes pierced through the clay from the interior before firing.ca. 1770
