Label TextGlobular teapots with curved and straight spouts, and often an engraved strapwork border around the cover opening, predominate during the 1720s and 1730s. One such teapot of 1730/31 by John England of London, having a straight spout, is engraved with the arms of the Nelson family of Yorktown, Virginia.
