DescriptionShoe buckle. Large, "square" steel shoe buckles with open center and clipped corners; face of buckle has cast design composed of wavy bands along edges with ribbed band in center with tiny, equally spaced quatrefoils on top of band; triple grips hinged at center on underside of buckle.
