Label TextThis appeared in "Walker's Hibernian Magazine" published in Ireland from plates obtained from the London "Town and Country Magazine." The print is of two bust portraits in oval frames. The lady is supposedly a widow of a loyalist Virginia planter, who had been imprisoned in Ticonderoga by the Americans. The General is supposed to be General Burgoyne. When the widow was released from prison she is said to have accompanied the General to England.
