DescriptionTea caddy: rectangular body with concave canted corners, flat bottom; button latch attached to front with rivets; hinged lid rises to flattened dome with cast urn finial; engraved bands around base and shoulder.Label TextThis tea caddy is engraved with the initials “LB” for Lucy Page Baylor Burwell (ca. 1759–1843), second wife of Nathaniel Burwell (1750–1814) of Carter’s Grove.
