DescriptionCrewelwork pocketbook suspended by linen thread in a dove tailed frame, with glass on both sides; the crewel is worked on blue and white striped linen in a multi-colored floral pattern; the flowers are primarily pink, gray, and yellow, with beige stems, with the backround either an olive or forest green; the edges have been bound with a pinky brown tape; the pocketbook is lined with a glazed pink linen, which matches the pink crewel yarns.MarkingsCross stitched in beige crewel yarn are the initals " U M"
